Augusta

They were great for lawn mowing so I hired them for snow plowing. Unfortunately they were really bad and over billed. I told them that I wanted my mailbox and driveway cleared, they came 3 times and did not clear the mailbox. The 3 times cost me a total $ 585 dollars. The first time was 5 inches of fluff of which I was going to shovel like I did for previous storms by time they arrived. The second time under 7 inches of fluff and they plowed the driveway in one swipe as my drive way is narrow and length of around 2.5 cars. The third time was big storm that started 11am on Saturday 1/24/26 and lasted off and on until noon on Sunday for a total of 15 inches ( 6 of which came on Sunday). The crew arrived on Saturday at 8pm and plowed the light snow. I was over billed for 13 inches $ 29

This was the first year our church used Augusta for snow removal. As the snow approached, we were apprehensive about how well the sidewalks and entryways to our 3 buildings would be cleared. Previously, parishioners who take pride in that task were ready to inspect the outcome and agreed that the job was excellent. I would be happy to recommend Augusta to anyone.

We were impressed with Jeff Bromley and Joaquin’s landscaping skills on our side-yard project. It was refreshing to have a professional team arrive as scheduled each day and worked diligently for a complete day. Even when the project required adjustments to meet our vision, the team remained pleasant and focused on finishing the project to our satisfaction

Have had Augusta do my lawn (mowing) for 2 years. Never a problem. Today they showed up for leaf blowing. There was a ton of leaves. After they got done, you could eat off the lawn, it was so clean. Recommend them to anyone looking for excellent lawn care.

Terrible service. Booked an appointment and waited for over an hour. Nobody showed up, then the next day they cancelled completely on me with no flexibility or effort to make it right. Extremely unprofessional!
