I am genuinely sad to have to leave a mediocre review for this company because my experience started out so positive, but things went downhill from there. Our furnace was cycling so we asked them to come check it out. They were prompt, honest, and pleasant. They explained that the part we need to replace was going to be about $1000 and would take weeks to get in stock due to COVID or they could install a new furnace the next day for $4000. Our furnace was already 15 years old and we didn't want our kids to freeze for weeks so we opted for the new furnace. I was incredibly impressed when the next day they told me that the furnace I had requested wasn't available after all, but they would give me a better furnace for the same price to honor their commitment.
