I can't say enough about how good Aurora is. They were very efficient, and very personable going over everything. The work, parts, and new mechanical equipment needed, and the costs and they were on a timely basis. Any questions I had, they answered and responded immediately. Plus, they did a great job doing the work that I needed to have done. I would definitely hire them again for any work needed, and I highly recommend this business. Aurora HVAC and Electrical.

These guys are some of the best. Used them on more then once occasion and had a great experience every time. Clean, polite, courteous. Had no issues scheduling and everything has been top notch.

I got an estimate from Aurora on 11-5-24 to run heat ducts to my new addition that was just starting to be built. I called two days ago (5-3-25) left a message for them to call me back, but no one did. I called again on 5-7-25, and it once again went to voice mail. I waited an hour or so and used a different phone, and the receptionist answered right away. As soon as I said I was calling about an estimate that was given to me by Austin, she hung up the phone on me. Any organization that treats customers as I was treated, I would not have anyone from that group on my premises. THe word will spread from me to many others. They don't even deserve a star. Wonderful service, very communicative. They have done lots of work for us from regular service calls to large installs. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I’ve reviewed Aurora at 5 stars in the past for services provided. The honesty in repairs when they could have replaced expensive parts but instead were able to fix the problem on-site for hundreds less. Change in management since took a turn. Promises to install the new air conditioner fell through. Called and scheduled an appointment for install, took vacation time to accommodate the schedule but Austin was a no show! Called mid-day for an update and he asked if he could call me right back. Never received that call and he won’t answer my calls or voicemails since. Today it’s over 100* sure would be nice to have the air working 🤷‍♀️🤬 If by chance the situation is corrected I’d be happy to change my rating to reflect the services. So disappointing
