AUS Economy Parking

This was my first time to park at the Economy lot at AUS, and it was a BIG success! We had a super early flight out and the shuttle was right there waiting to drop us as the terminal. Just a couple minutes from parking lot to terminal. Our return was equally as easy! We got in really late in the evening, and I was wondering if we'd have to call for the shuttle, but they were all lined up right outside baggage claim. I HIGHLY recommend!

Easy to find. Easy parking. Fast shuttle to terminal with fantastic shuttle drivers so helpful, as I'm unable to use my arm due to injury. They got my luggage on and off the shuttle without my needing to ask. Will use again!

30 + min waiting, while 4 Employee Lot shuttles pass by. Several people called and all we got was "they're on their way". And we had to wait for another 20 min. You'd think they'd come every 10 min or so given that it's an official parking service for the airport

It’s not a bad parking garage, close to airport. Hard to navigate with them closing off parts of the parking for no reason. And I am frustrated that they put these useless median dividers on the way to the airport. I will not to walk around them! And I can see how someone with luggage or can’t hop over would be frustrated. Bad accessibility.

When we arrived at airport it was 105 degrees in the middle of the afternoon. Waited and waited for a shuttle. From the time we arrived at lot to time we got to airport was about 30 minutes. Same with arrival (after midnight)—-Huge line of people. They charge $12 per day. Found that fast park and competitors actually charge less and have tons and vans pulling up to transport people. We will no longer use economy park.
