The online portal is easy to use and lists all the information for the job. Our assigned cleaner Rachell was absolutely AMAZING! Her kindness, professionalism, and expertise are unmatched. Her attention to detail made the place sparkle. She was super easy to reach and made sure to clarify any questions which made the job run smoothly. The house quite honestly looked 1000x better than it did when we first moved in. They were an absolute joy to work with and we will certainly keep them in mind for any future cleaning needs. Austin Cleaners is a great cleaning company that you must hire!!! Rachel cleaned my apartment and she did a phenomenal job. She took her time and was very thorough. I also loved the little unique touches she added (flower on toilet paper, folded kitchen napkins and a well tucked bed) I will be using their services again soon!
