Austin Fertilization

I have used Austin Fertilization for the last ~3 years and I've noticed a decline in both their customer service and the effectiveness of their services. I frequently (almost every single time) had to request the next service myself instead of them scheduling it proactively and there were times they ignored my emails asking them not to send the technician on specific dates, yet they still did. I'm not sure if there was a change in management or what happened here, but they recently told me, "I believe it is best if we cancel services. We are clearly not the company you are looking for," and stopped servicing my lawn in the middle of summer. I cannot recommend Bill of Austin Fertilization enough! After struggling with lawn fungus for months and having tried two other companies that put me on a monthly service to battle my lawn fungus (did not work), I decided to give them a call. From the first phone call, they guessed it was fungus by the pictures that I sent. They were able to schedule an appointment quickly and arrived on time. We are very happy with Austin Fertilization and have been using them for about 3 years now. Our lawn was weed infested and my husband was ready to take it out and have all new grass installed, he had even considered fake turf. I'm so glad we didn't do either and called Austin Fertilization instead. After a few treatments our grass was green and weedless. Their service technicians are always friendly and knowledgeable too. I reached out to Austin Fertilization after a sod job that resulted in a lawn full of weeds.
