I called Von-Aire to provide system maintenance, they were friendly and they scheduled me quickly at a time that worked best for me. Their communication was awesome, they called me half an hour before the technician arrived to let me know he was on his way. Jay, the technician, did an outstanding job! He was very professional, listened to my concerns with my AC, and answered my questions thoroughly. He did an excellent job making me feel like a valued customer, and thoroughly investigated my AC to make sure it was running properly and efficiently. I highly recommend Von-Aire, and look forward to using this company for the years to come!

We just returned from vacation to find that our air conditioner wasn’t blowing cold air. I called Von-aire first thing in the morning, and Kyle was out within a few hours, and fixed the problem right away. This is the second time we’ve contacted them for an emergency repair, and they’ve treated us great both times. I’d highly recommend Von-Aire, their service is outstanding.

This is the second time I have used this company, both times with excellent service! The first time was for a "free" maintenance check for a brand new townhouse I had purchased in Venetian Bay, NSB. The second time because the a/c wasn't cooling as expected. Both service personnel (Larry & Joe, respectively) arrived in a timely fashion, plus they were respectful, competent and friendly! Larry provided a lot of teaching for preventive maintenance & Joe taught me about the issue causing my a/c to malfunction. Plus I got a timely appointment & was treated kindly by Gina the company rep. I would highly recommend this company!

Our AC condenser motor was squealing, so I called this company to schedule service. I asked if they needed the part number, the girl who answered the call stated they ALWAYS have generic motors on the trucks so no need. We had to take off work to be there for the appointment window of 3 hours. The repairman shows up and has NO MOTORS on his truck due to not restocking since Friday of last week. Then he states we would have to reschedule for another day, so we would have to take more time off. Needless to say we were not going to do that. They still charged us $109 for a service fee to do nothing at all as we already had diagnosed the problem prior to the service appointment. I won't ever use them again and I would NEVER recommend them to anyone.

Joey was very professional, knowledgeable in his profession , friendly , and totally honest. We been using Von-Aire , Inc twice in 14 years since they installed our A/C when our house was built. Highly recommend this family owned company for any problem you may have with your A/C.
