We hired Austin Jones Company to replace the siding on our house. Before them, we had hired a different company that started the work, made a mess, and disappeared with our money. Austin Jones Company stepped in and took over sooner than anticipated. The crew was awesome. Hardworking professionals, kind and knowledgeable, always ready to answer our questions. They did an amazing job! They were very organized and kept everything under control and extremely tidy. The quality of the work is just gorgeous. We love coming home and seeing our now beautiful house! Brad was so easy to work with, and so was everyone else at Austin Jones Company. We couldn’t wait for the job to be done so that we could write a five-star review!

Brad and his team at Austin Jones did an awesome demo and remodel of my kitchen and installed new window and sliding doors. His crew was very good at also cleaning up the site at the end of the day which was super nice. They communicated well on progress and updates as to what to expect in the timeline to completion. They listen to my ideas and made them happen. It was a 5 star experience!

We had an extremely positive experience with Austin Jones Company! We wanted to replace the countertops in our kitchen but keep the existing backsplash to stay within budget. Brad was so helpful in walking us through how this could be done. A few weeks later, his crew came in and expertly removed the old countertops and installed the new ones with professionalism and precision. The result is beautiful! Even though it was just one change, it feels like we have a whole new kitchen. Highly recommend Brad and his team!

My kitchen that was started in September and supposed to take 2 -3 weeks is still not completed. I have not heard from the contractor since November. One of my cabinets had the hole drilled incorrectly for the hardware, I have cabinets without the hardware installed. I have electrical outlets, left exposed, and overspray of paint on my door frame. There is also grout left on my tiles. The worst part is, is that in the final few days of the job, the contractor came to collect the rest of the payment in full. He said that he would be sending someone to finish the hardware and final touches of the kitchen, but no one has ever come back out. Completely remodeled the master bath. Removed old tile flooring, vanity, and original marble tub. Did an excellent job installing new tile floor, vanity, and walk-in shower. I purchased the tiles, vanity, fixtures and shower door from outside sources which kept cost down and let us choose exactly what we desired. All work was completed within one month with no delays. Workers were very professional and accommodating.
