I'm disabled and have cancer. I couldn't get 3 new deadbolts installed, as my hands don't work. I called to get them installed. I got a total run around. They finally called back 3 weeks later. I was quoted $250 for the job. They didn't get my business, as I found someone else that did it for $60 and was done in 45 minutes.

I called Austin locksmithing last year after my home was broken into and I was violently stabbed. The actor stole my house and car key. I requested for them to come change the locks and I scheduled an appointment with them. They blew me off and never came. In fact they called me the next day to tell me that they had forgotten about me and would be out that day. Then they did it again. Never showed. No call. I wouldn't trust this place for anything.
