Just had one of their drivers, in a cement truck, decide to take an exit at the last possible second, almost hit the barrier and ran me, my wife and our 1 year old off the road onto the shoulder so we didn’t wreck. License plate PPC-9644, USDOT 2354144, TXDOT006690649C About 7:50am 11/09/2024

Poor customer service and shady practices. We had cancelled this load the day before but they showed up anyways, fortunately the other company had not loaded their truck yet and were very understanding. They did not tell me that the price they quoted me was cash, so they upcharged me for the laid when they got there. They did not tell me that the price was for the truck to only be there for an hour so they tried to charge me extra for that. The truck driver just left without telling anyone, one of my crew told me there was still a yard and a half left in the truck, when I called they told me there was only a quarter yard left. I gotta say the service was 5+ stars!! The attention to detail was outstanding. I would recommend them to anyone. They are outstanding! Thank you for good customer service.

They block the road with multiple concrete trucks which is a safety hazard, spray you with concrete, ruin your clothes, and then when you call them their feedback is it is not their issue - it’s a “contractor” issue.

I spoke with Junior on his cell and he told me dispatch was supposed to contact me. He told they would contact me asap to schedule and I heard nothing. Now they don’t respond to messages or texts. Not good business.
