Tony and his crew did a fantastic job of adding a wooden deck over our damaged concrete patio. They did the job in under two weeks and it looks amazing! He worked with us and our budget on pricing and even did some other small repairs in our back yard such as fixing damaged siding and missing stonework. We hired him at the recommendation of our realtor as we are selling our property and if we were staying in Austin I would definitely hire him again! My only complaint is that his crew kept parking in our driveway and not along the street which caused me to have to keep asking them to move their vehicles so I could leave. Again, not a huge deal! Just a small annoyance.

Tony and his crew do excellent work and are timely. I have worked with him for 3 years now, from a full renovation of an investment property to touch ups and maintenance of that same property. Any issues he addresses immediately. Don’t let the one bad review floor you, he is dedicated to his work and will take care do get your job done.

I can't say enough good things about Tony and his team. This is not the first time I've used his services, and once again, his work was outstanding. For our kitchen renovation, he was incredibly thorough from start to finish. He has a great eye for design and style, always checking with me and making excellent suggestions for what's modern and trendy. I especially valued his transparency; he would send me tons of photos of materials and products from the store before making any purchases. I hired Austin Remodeling and Painting Experts, Antonio Montiel, aka Tony to install tile on my first floor. I asked how much for the square footage, I could not get an answer. I sent professional measurements of the entire house. He never looked at them. His initial bid was almost $12,000. He came down to $10,000 for approximately 1500 sq. ft. I was convinced to work with him not realizing, this was only labor, nothing else. I provided the tile, and all other materials. Trash removal not included, this was $2500 more. I pointed out areas that were not level, high spots on the concrete floor and he said he would use a laser level. He did not.
