Austin was so kind to come do a free estimate to install a new water heater. Previous plumbers told us we needed to replace both thermostats or replace entire unit. Austin came and was not the case at all. He explained the issue, went and got parts and fixed all within a couple hours!! He also sent us videos of the issue and what he did to fix the issues. I will recommend him to all my friends. Top star experience!!!!
