Justin Tolar and the Austin Wood Recycling Team are unmatched when it comes to QUALITY product and customer service! Here's my wow-experience: 1) I asked Justin, if Austin Wood Recycling (AWR) would help provide mulch for my local Boy Scout Troop (128) fundraiser project. Wow Factor: Justin offered to help me from beginning to end and emailed me a pricing sheet that would help the troop raise funds for Scouting activities. 2) I asked for open and consistent communication. Wow Factor: Justin returned ALL my emails and voicemails and answered ALL my calls in a timely manner! 3) I asked for a convenient way to pay for my order. Wow Factor: He gave me a way to pay by credit card. 4) I asked for a receipt. Wow Factor: Without delay, he texted me a receipt. 5) I asked for delivery

Great place to drop off shrubs etc, they have an operator with long hair, he’s awesome and very helpful. Unlike other landfill/recycling places this place makes you feel welcomed

Arrogance! Stopped by one day to be sure I understood how it all works and what the rules were. Was told specifically and only any brush trees and unfinished non painted wood. Explained I had trimmings from a construction project at home all unfinished. Told no problem. Thanked and left. Weekend hired several laborers to help load trailer with tree trimmings and construction leftovers. Arrived at site same person came out and promptly told me he would take NONE of the plywood or particle board which did account for quite a bit of. Stated that because they were pressure treated. I said pressure treating is chemical and this was bonded ie glued material. He then said I won't take. I said I understood but why wasn't that made clear to me several days when I stopped by and asked what was good

I come here to dump my brush from my tree service. Always professional and easy process. They also have the best mulch in town.

Absolutely love this place and hadn't realized it was right around the corner I feel like more people would use their brush dump service if they knew how inexpensive it really was.
