We just had our carpet replaced on the first floor with LVP from Austin’s Floor Store. Diego was really great to work with. He helped me choose a price point I was happy with and showed me the colors that would modernize our space. I’m very pleased with the quality of their work, which is also guaranteed for two years. We had been splitting hairs, comparing Craigslist floor guys and cheaper plank, but in the end, it wasn’t that much more expensive to go with a more reputable company. This was a very easy process and we are content and happy. Two thumbs way up.

We used Austin Floor Store for vinyl and carpet in our home. I cannot recommend them highly enough for the entire process. When picking what we wanted they had wonderful options for each thing we needed. Diego did a great job advising us options that work together and stayed under the budget we had set. Diego also was an amazing communicator about issues then the carpet we wanted ended up being discontinued. He still managed to get what we wanted despite the issues with the manufacturer. Best floor store in Austin (trust me I quoted all of them)! Tori and the team are all an absolute pleasure to work with and worked so hard to find quality solutions within our budget. Tori went above and beyond to source the specific materials I was looking for - even though they didn’t have wool for me to look at at this location the first time I stopped by, the next time she made sure there was a full rack of 100% NZ wool for me to choose from. We re-did our full house with Austin Floor Store and couldn’t be happier. She walked us through choices and educated us on the differences between types of wood floors, wool carpet, and helped us customize every step of the process down to taking us to the shop where they wrap the sides of our stair runners so I could pick out the perfect binding

Just recommended Austin's Flooring to a friend and realized I failed to write a 5 star review from a year ago. Gerry and his crew were fantastic laying vinyl in our previous carport, now entertainment room.
