Austin's Greatest Plumbing

I was promised to call back from a plumber today about services that were on the bid that I accepted to be performed at my house that were not completed. I also believe I was charged for the services. No one has been in contact with me additionally, when the plumber came he left the lock box with the key to my home completely open for anyone to come up and take the key. So far, I am very displeased with my service and how I have been treated. Update: The owners of this business went above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of. I genuinely think the above was just a one off and you can trust this company with your business.

Huge shout-out to Gary and the team at Austin's Greatest Plumbing! They replaced our water heater, upgraded our system, and fixed a leak. Their communication was top-notch--they proactively called me with part updates and scheduled the repair immediately once they arrived. Professional, knowledgeable, and reliable. We had a leaking toilet and Austin’s Greatest Plumbing had someone in the area finishing up a job so Gary was able to swing by within the hour to troubleshoot. He diagnosed the issue right away, explained everything in simple terms, and had the leak fixed in no time. Fortunately for us, it was a relatively easy repair, but we felt informed if it was something else and what our options were. He was professional, friendly, and clearly very skilled.
