Austin's Pool Service

Austin and his team did a great job converting our pool to a saltwater pool and keeping it crystal clean all summer. It was a world of difference from the poor quality service we had the previous summer. Love how they sent us a photo each time after they serviced the pool. Price was fair, and they went above and beyond in service!

Austin was responsive and taught us a lot about our pool since this was our first year with it. We had a massive algae bloom while we were on vacation and he responded and resolved the problem as fast as possible. He also winterized the pool for us. I look forward to having him continue to be our go to pool service for many years!

We used Austin for the first time opening our pool last summer, he came highly recommended from friends who use him for their pool. Austin was available for an early opening. Our pool stayed crystal clear the entire summer. Austin also closed our pool and did a great job. Looking forward to seeing Austin for another great summer.

Absolutely horrible experience trying to work with this company. Gave it a two star because their main service technician was a stand up guy. Paid to have the pool opened which never actually happened. We knew our pool would need a new liner but they said it would be fine. Paid $1200 to fill the pool with 20,0000 gallons of water. 2.5 hours later, all water drained and the liner completely ripped off. Attempted numerous times to contact them regarding the service and to schedule additional services. Never returned a phone call and hid from me. Randomly received a text from the service technician that stated they weren’t going to call me and they didn’t have time to deal with my pool. I would rate this a one star and definitely not recommend them to anyone.

We'll be honest he was not our 1st pool service company but we were so glad when we found Austin because the other company was non responsive. We had a liner leak that we went weeks without being able to find the problem he stepped in , found it and repaired it resolving our issue. Extremely professional, always on time and communicated with us the entire process. So great that we used him for winnerization of our new pool , installing Our safety liner as well as we've already scheduled him for our 2023 opening.
