I purchased cabinets from Authentic Custom Cabinetry for my kitchen and laundry room. The cabinets themselves are beautiful and the quality met my expectations, though there were some small imperfections Eric brushed off when I mentioned them. Unfortunately, working with Eric was a nightmare. My initial kitchen order took about two months, which was accurate. He suggested ordering the appliance panels and island end panels after the main installation, and I trusted his judgment since he’s the expert. He told me the panels would only take a few weeks, but after the installation, I realized the appliance sizes are fixed and there was no reason to delay ordering.
