Highly recommend Authentic Plumbing Solutions. Brandon was able to get out to us quickly when our plumbing went sideways and cleared a sewer stoppage the same visit. He ran a camera and found a break in the pipe that was actually on the city side — and instead of trying to upsell a repair, he told us straight up to check with the city first. That kind of honesty is rare and appreciated. While he was already there, we had them install a new toilet and a new showerhead. The toilet install wasn’t straightforward due to an uneven tile floor, but Brandon explained exactly what was going on, shimmed and caulked it properly, and made sure we understood everything before he left. Fast response, clear communication, and no pressure sales. We’ll absolutely use them again.
