The contractors, workers and even the last few people that teach us how to use and run the equipment in the end are all great to deal with! They have a very good system going. I had the absolute pleasure of contracting with Authentic Pools to install an in-ground pool for my existing house. I had prepared for my meeting with Karen with a couple pictures and a wish list that I was actually quite afraid wouldn't all be able to happen within my budget. Not only did Authentic Pools include everything on my wish list, they even came in a little under budget. Employees have no respect for neighboring properties. Trespassing leaving behind trampled landscaping and garbage. Contacted the Authentic Pools office which did not solve the problem, resulting in contacting the sheriffs office. Surely I would not hire a contractor with this lack of professionalism or respect, I highly recommend you do not either.
