After my children smeared gum into my favorite area rug, I panicked. When I was able to collect myself, I got in touch with this company, as that's what my brother-in-law, who knows a lot more about rugs than I do, told me to do. Thank God he steered me in the direction of Authentic Rug And Carpet Care. They provided same-day rug cleaning care, and it only took their technicians a half hour to get all the gum out of my area rug. Then, once all the gum was out, they cleaned the entire rug meticulously. Amazing! Talk about customer service!

One day a co-worker of mine recommended this Authentic Rug and Carpet and she was super excited because the look of her house changed so much after the service so I tried them and yep it was true. They cleaned 2 rugs that were on a bad shape and man. Unbelievable work!!

So this handmade rug that my friend gave me got damaged. Fortunately, this company has rug restoration services and I immediately went for it and got mine fixed. They really did a good job fixing the damage on the rug. Highly recommend!
