Authorized Heating & Air Conditioning

I have used these fine folks for nearly 2 decades in two homes I've owned. I have purchased 2 heating and ac units from them and have been on their maintenance plans off and on over the years. I was concerned about relighting a pilot light in my gas fireplace, especially with the ice storm coming. I trusted them with their knowledge and expertise in getting to my residence quickly (I called them after hours). Thanks, Nick, for coming on short notice, getting me back on the maintenance plan, and doing the winter check on my systems. I look forward to seeing you guys in June. There are a lot of options for HVAC vendors in my area. I have found that I can reliably trust their care for us. They are always fair in their pricing and go beyond what they've been asked to do many times.

Great company. Heat recently went out and kept getting bad luck with the motor everytime they came to fix it because they were sent the wrong one or the new one was a lemon and they did what they could to make it right and get it fixed as quickly as possible. Always arrive when they say they will and every technician I’ve had was very nice, professional and answered all questions and addressed any concerns and made sure everything was working properly before leaving. Amazing company to work with.

I needed service on my 2 very old systems. Nick was very kind and professional. There was NO pressure to upgrade my system at the moment, shared about spring/fall rebates, and said to call if I was ready to upgrade. I was referred to them by my neighbors, so I felt confident that I wouldn't get a forceful sales script. I appreciated that. Look forward to working with you in the future.

Called 12/16/2025. Dispatch advised someone would call before coming by. I never received a call due to dispatch inputting my contact number incorrectly, so I missed the first technician and would have someone come later in the day. A technician made it to my property around 7:30pm and did some checks. Everything seemed fine to him. The last item he needed to check were the heating strips but would require him going under the porch. He requested to do that inspection the following day (12/17/2025). A technician comes the following day and finds the issue is thermostat/setting related. There’s a setting in the Google thermostat app to control the auxiliary heat and it was switched off.
