Dropped my truck off they diagnosed and told me problem. I approved the work and they completed the work and now my a/c is so cold. And the lady who answers the phone is a very nice lady.
Honest and good people. As a prior tech there are not many places I'd recommend people to go to. This is one I'd send my mother too. Now my wife complains that A/C works too well (not really but she states it can make it snow if she wants to now. What a good problem to have. I even came back for them to work on the power steering system and they did a great job. Fair honest and they care about their customers. You can't ask for any more! This is how you get a customer for life!
This is my second review...the first is below. This smallish company is the real deal. I had a minor check engine light repair P0037...an O² sensor. With many shops, I refer to the check engine light as a "mechanics welfare and annuity light". To the unknowing customer, this light can mean "rebuild the engine" until it goes off. Reese (the owner) repaired it perfect with a high quality part at a fair price. Reese is an honest man. He has a great "bed-side manner ", he'll treat you right. He's a quality business owner. First review, June 2023. I was referred to this company. I then researched them and found the same highly regarded reputation as you have. I want to add to that. I worked with Reese. He was attentive and listened to my descriptions of the problems encountered and to my f
I read some of these reviews and just shake my head. Some of you just do not understand how the auto industry is, especially impatient classic and old vehicle owners. These guys are doing a job for me right now on a 1985 rare truck. Most shops will not work on older vehicles because parts can be a nightmare to find. Mine is taking a bit longer and I knew it would. Like many older vehicles they got the part in only to find it was a slightly different design. Most quit right there and do not mess with it. They took the time to locate and get what I need to get it going again. You cannot ask for more than that. You also got to realize a shop like this has multiple customers sometimes it takes longer because they got to answer the phones and take time out to order parts etc. Really good mechan
Stopped by to make an appointment to find out why my oil pressure was stuck on 80psi. He was able to look at it right then and was able to fix it within about an hours time swapped out the Oil Pressure sending unit on my 2003 GMC. He did not have to fix it then, but he went above and beyond my expectations so certainly a good shop to do business with. Thanks guys!
