Auto Asylum Garage

So these are my friends after my business. I met this new auto shop and owners through word of mouth. They have been so good to this single income mom! They are honest with what they would do and give you every option. I have had my run ins with vehicles lately and wouldn't go anywhere else. They are blessed, have favor, and I trust their morals and intentions. That's hard to find idc who you are.

Took my vehicle in with a steering issue. It was diagnosed and repaired quickly. This is a very experienced, knowledgeable mechanic. The car runs like a top, and I feel my trust was well placed. I will go to this garage and mechanic for all future vehicle repair and maintenance. I have returned for additional auto issues and repairs. Still top notch mechanics. Courteous and thorough.

Scheduling my appointment was seamless and a confirmation and answers to questions were received immediately. The mechanic contacted me regarding the progress and confirmation of repairs and parts. I was able to pick up my truck the same day which was great. I trust Auto Asylum to do maintenance and repairs to my truck and car. They do great work.

Auto Asylum Garage is the place to go! Not only are Justine and Ben great people, but Ben really listened to my automotive concerns. He quickly located a key-off draw that’d eluded diagnostics elsewhere. After, they even installed a radio when mine was determined to be the issue. I really appreciate the time taken to explain/demonstrate the issue before addressing it. My car is a dependable daily driver again, and my radio looks great. I gladly refer any friends/family here.

I first went to another shop that wasn’t very communicative and couldn’t give me a timeframe. Thankfully, they recommended Auto AsylumGarage (formerly Perry Automotive) — and I’m so glad they did! From the moment I called, the customer service was excellent. Even though they were closing within an hour, they told me to come by and made time to look at my car. The environment was friendly, welcoming, and professional. They quickly checked everything for safety and gave me peace of mind for my trip. I truly feel like I’ve found my new mechanic here in Abilene. They treated me like family, and I’ll definitely be returning. I’ve already recommended them to others (even my roommat
