Technician went to wrong house, even after I left a clear description with their office. Did they never hear of Google Maps? "Rescheduled" "senior technician" never showed, and did not contact me. Total flakes. Do not use.

These people charge portal to portal, for an emergency call they want over $400 for the first 30 MINUTES and over $100 for the second 30 minutes. So if it takes them 30 minutes to get to you you’re already over $400 in the bucket. That is ridiculous even for emergency calls, you are fixing gates not performing brain surgery for Christ sakes.

Great service. Been using them for years! Highly recommend and fairly priced. Update, they replaced the arms on my gate and did an amazing job. The crew simply cared and did not give up when faced with some challenges. I am hopeful that management is reading this and gives those guys a bonus.

AGS is wonderful. Steve serviced my gate (that was not functional), did a very clean job, took the time to inspect everything, and did a super job and my gate is not operating. Steve took his time and did not rush through the work. I highly recommend AGS>

If you would like a company who installs used, defective equipment, sells them at full price, and then tries to charge you to fix it, look no further! Even better, a company that hires second rate technicians who couldn’t install a unit alarm system if their lives depended on it and who lacks the integrity to fix their mistakes when asked to do so many, many times over the span of YEARS. Between all the new “managers” who want to make things right only to be fired the next time you call after being forgotten about and the technicians who know less about the product they’re installing than you do, this company is truly a gem.
