If I could give them ZERO or negative starts I would. THE WORST company on the planet. They are the installer for Home Depot, which Home Depot expressed for months that they were cutting ties for this company. Our garage door finally arrived to Alaska after 6 long months of waiting, which was a great shipping time. It was delivered to the installer beginning of October. After weeks of calling and leaving messages between Hope Depot my wide and I, to both the husband and wife that own the company, Home Depot finally got ahold of the company, end of November, They said that they had a bunch of orders hit their lap and were going through them and would be calling and setting up an install date.
