Automatic Rain Lawn Sprinklers

Great service. We've been customers for over 15 years. Their techs know what they are doing. Beyond annually starting and closings, their response time when issues such as worn-out equipment fails is excellent. I highly recommend Automatic Rain.

The technicians are knowledgeable,dependable, and prompt.Very reasonably pricing and most of all a great company to deal with. In this day and age is very hard to come by. So I've used them before but the last few times Ice noticed a few thinks I don't like and it's hit of miss. After reading a review I thought I encountered the same smart remark but I brushed it off. The price for winterizing has drastically in crease which solidified me to do it myself again or call a landscaping company. They can do better and especially when others cam provide the service. The issue I didn't mention was the deal breaker that made me do it myself for a few years.

Had an irrigation system installed last year. Installation was quick, however this year we've had 2 service calls. On the first call they replaced a part that went bad. Automatic Rain has no guarantee on parts and charged over $100 for a 15 minute "repair". On the second call, we pierced a water line that was only a few inches (less than 4 inches) below ground just banging in a garden stake. Automatic Rain claims there's "no guarantee on how shallow the lines might be", and charged over $100 for a 15 minute repair. They overcharge and have no guarantees. Will not recommend them in the future and definitely will not be call them for any more repairs that we can do ourselves, regardless of whether or not we feel it is their responsibility.
