Both rear panels had damage, and the results were flawless — His attention to detail and craftsmanship really stand out. I took my car to a few different body shops before finding Carlos, and none of them were confident they could fix the dent without replacing the fender. We spoke briefly, and he immediately reassured me everything would be taken care of — he even provided an estimate over the phone. He made time for me just a couple of days later. I dropped the car off at his beautiful shop, and it was finished the very next day. The results are absolutely perfect — you can’t even tell anything was ever damaged. Not many shops are willing (or able) to work on Rivian aluminum panels, but Carlos truly knocked it out of the park. Professional, fast, and extremely skilled. I’ll definitely be using him again and highly recommend him to anyone needing dent repair.
