This company installed a unit that was too large for my home and within weeks I had them back in my home conducting repairs and charging me more and more money, the three or four times they had to come back. Over time, this unit produced too much moisture in my home and started to develop mold. I tried to communicate with the owner to see what we could resolve and communication stopped and he refused service. I had to go with another company to remove the unit and install something that was appropriate for my home. According to the owner, the installer was not licensed and bonded to do the job and he recommended that I file suit against him personally.
