I went to Auto Zone tonight to get a new battery after having issues starting my car. The man who helped me, Travis, was so friendly and helpful. He got me cashed out and my new battery into my car all in less than 15 minutes. I felt so bad he had to replace it in the freezing cold but he was so kind and helpful. After being so stressed about my car it was exactly the help I needed!

I went to the Ellisville store today because of brake signs on my dash. Also I needed them to check my battery. The woman that helped me was extremely knowledgeable. She tested and determined that I needed a new battery. She not only replaced my battery, she also added more brake fluid. I was so surprised and pleased that she did all this for me. Great customer service!

I highly recommend this location. The employees, Donna and Jake, were very nice! Jake was very helpful and went above and beyond to fix my lights.
