Wouldn’t even give one star. Worst service ever!! Everytime I go here no one will help you with anything. There just lazy and want to get a paycheck. Not sure why people who don’t know nothing about cars work at a part store. Will never go here again! Everytime I go it’s the worse experience ever!!

Carrie, the amazing employee who was working August 13th 2025, needs to get a raise! I stopped in to get coolant, windshield cleaner, and brake fluid, and she offered to help me out with my jugs, and then she made sure that I did not open my radiator coolant cap, as I would have gotten burned !! AutoZone needs to give her a raise!!! Thank you so much for how you helped me today!

We were traveling from Washington DC back home to Southern Illinois yesterday (on a Sunday) and had an oil pressure light come on. John Barber was fantastic in assisting us and we couldn't have asked for better service! Highly recommend this location!

The lady managers here are so nice and educated. Will definitely be back because of them.
