I highly recommend the fine folks at AV Comfort Specialist. Elvis brings a literal lifetime of experience to his servicing and repairs, and presented in a professional, courteous, friendly, and honest manner with all his assessments and recommendations. My issues, repairs, and maintenance were all addressed in a timely manner, and he took the time to indulge all my many questions and concerns. All expectations were met and/or exceeded, and I will be using AV Comfort Specialist for all my future HVAC/Appliance maintenance and repair needs ;-)

Elvis from Av Comfort is Solid! Gave them a call about air conditioner sometimes not cooling. He was able to rapidly put me into his schedule and be onsite. While onsite he went ahead and diagnosed the issue and thoroughly informed me of what the remedy is. Look no further than Elvis. Solid knowledgeable AC person. He is very understanding. Will definitely save his number for any future work and refer him to friends and locals.

Elvis installed my A/C unit in a day. He insulated the pipes running freon from the compressor to the evaporator. He located two kinks in the copper pipe coming from the A/C. The previous contractor had bent the pipe twice. Elvis cut out that section out and welded in a new one. The kinks restricted the flow of freon.The A/C is a lot colder now and doesn’t run all day. He installed a filter/drier which he said was very important. A sediment trap was added to the gas line. Elvis also works with furnaces. I am very happy with the work done and won’t hesitate to call Elvis again.

I can only give five stars but if I could, I would give them 100 stars. Elvis and his wife were professional, courteous, and above all honest with their assessment of the project. I RECOMMEND them and their company to anyone that needs HVAC assistance. My wife felt comfortable and was impressed with the quality of work and knowledge. I just bought a house and sure enough the AC was not working properly! So I went for a local HVAC company to troubleshoot my AC and this was their diagnose: Furnace was old and not working (which I already knew) condenser unit was not cooling the place due to a smaller size than required and more than half of my air ducts were disintegrated. (Which was a huge surprise and I did not expect) Elvis explained the steps and options in a very professional yet easy to understand way. We scheduled the work and he came over with his crew, they were not only professional, excellent and fast, but made sure my home was left impeccably clean when done.
