AVA Concrete and Construction

Do not reccomend for framing/drywall. Took an extremely long time, felt like I was managing the project myself. Asked for full payment before job was finished then was like pulling teeth to get them to come back out to finish. Finished product is not quality work.

DO NOT use this company. This is the most unprofessional "business " I've ever dealt with. We used them for concrete patio and sidewalk several years ago. AVA caused serious, and some permanent, damage to my property. Additionally, the quality of work is awful. The depth of my back patio is less than 1 inch in some places, where it should be a minimum of 4 inches. There was zero quality control, as they splattered liquid concrete all over the side of my brick home when they poured. They didn't take any steps to cover my brick or pour cautiously, causing permant damage to my brick. I've hired professional cleaners who have told me they can't clean or remove the concrete without further damaging my brick. They littered my property with cigarette butts, and tore up my yard in places they were

Less than a year and my driveway already has a big crack. Tons of divots, especially the large one right at my garage door that leaves a huge puddle every time it rains. It is also not level and really just looks poorly done. Tried calling multiple times - no answer, no response.

Nice enough people, who did complete the work they were on contract to do but the workmanship and quality of the finished result was terrible. Boot prints in freshly poured garage floor, didn't trowel edges, sidewalk below grade. Need to focus on quality not quantity.

We had them put a new front porch on. They did a wonderful job. They had additional great ideas that we used that bettered what plans we had. The guys were friendly and professional in their job. I will use them again and recommend them.
