I hired this company to repair my garage door springs and paid $500 upfront. Just two days after the repair, the belt broke, and they initially quoted $45 to fix it. They promised to come back to repair it, but two weeks later, no one has shown up, and now they’re trying to charge me double the original quote to fix the belt. This whole experience has been extremely frustrating and unprofessional. It feels like I’m being taken advantage of, with changing prices and broken promises. Please be aware if you’re considering their services—reliability and transparency are not what I experienced here.
