We’re enrolled in their maintenance plan, which keeps our AC running smoothly and efficiently year-round, giving us real peace of mind. We also had them install a mini-split system in our garage to better control temperature and humidity, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The installers were courteous, knowledgeable, and took the time to thoroughly answer all of our questions. We couldn’t be happier with their service and professionalism.

We are very grateful for Avalon Heating and Air! They installed our unit at the end of last summer when our 25 year old unit was on its last legs. They installed it quickly and affordably! They also came out a couple of weekends ago before we had the big freeze because a tech from another company doing a different job had caused our heater to not work.
