I've had the pleasure of working with the Avalon service team, John B. , Jon H. and Liz for over 12 years now. They are very knowledgeable, responsive and friendly. They handle several national contracts and do a great job managing all of the requests that come in. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great service company for your telecommunication and low voltage needs!

I have work with a company that has had camera issues since I took over 1 1/2 years ago. I’ve called so many company’s but no one would help. I was referred to this company… Mac was very responsive and got us scheduled right away. Stephen the tech has been amazing and very knowledgeable, he figured out the problem and got our cameras up and recording in one day!

Their driver cut me off, i literally had to lock up my brakes because of them and then they proceeded to go run a bunch of other people down and cut multiple other people off, almost caused a few other wrecks and when i called them i was told “it’ll be dealt with” whatever that means, but thats your company logo on the side of the truck that’s how you represent the company? By endangering the lives of the general public? What is so important that you had to drive like that? Looked like he was headed back to the office because he ended up passing me on Dartmouth & Santa Fe again, like all that dangerous driving and rushing just to still be behind me 3-5 miles down the road? After more than 20 years of doing business with this company, they abruptly decided to no longer provide services. My long time friend, and the best employee of the group, Jason, was left the task of informing us of the news. All cabling projects stopped, mid-project, and I didn't even receive a call from the company owners or managers explaining it. We are now left scrambling to find another vendor. Disappointing, unprofessional, and a horrible way to end such a long relationship.
