Horrendous from start to finish. We chose carpet and had Avalon double check it was in stock as we had a non-negotiable move in date at our new home. Avalon confirmed both carpets we chose were in stock and could be installed within 2 weeks. A week and a half later they then sent someone out to measure in our home, and we signed a contract. A week after this we were then told not only was the carpet not in stock, it had not yet been produced by the manufacturer, and it would be another several weeks before it was received. While Avalon offered to give us back our deposit due to the confusion, we understand mistakes happen and we chose another “in stock” carpet and moved forward with Avalon as we were under a time constraint. I worked with Ioannis Sassaris from the King of Prussia location. I needed help with my new home build and he was very knowledegable, professional and pleasant. I don't think he ever has a bad day. This store has so much to choose from. Ioannis helped me narrow down options and made some suggestions. He has a great sense of style and a good eye. He must have some design background. Can't say enough good. I will be back for window treatments.
