We had a fantastic experience with Avalon Flooring for our new bathroom. They have an amazing versatile selection to choose from. Virginia was so knowledgeable and helpful when we were choosing our tile and flooring. When one piece came in cracked, Hugo and Virginia immediately took care of it and made the replacement process completely stress-free. Truly wonderful customer service from start to finish!

I live in Staten Island but heard wonderful things about Avalon flooring. I called up to get information about a floor I was interested in. Amy Tejada was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. She took the time to help in every way even though i wasnt there In person. Great customer service coupled with competitive pricing was what made my decision to go with Avalon floors an easy one!

Akib was fabulous!! We were remodeling two beach house bathrooms, and other than being beachy, I really didn’t have a vision. He easily helped me with his expertise and guidance. While these aren’t finished photos, you can see the beautiful bathrooms he helped bring to life!

Amy did a great job picking out our tile. Hugo the manager helped us get credit back for extra stuff. Thank you all for making our bathroom beautiful.

Virginia was awesome!! We were pretty clueless and she was very knowledgeable and most importantly patient. Would highly recommend asking for her, especially if you need help and don't know how to do everything on your own.
