Our Vacation Home was flooded by Hurricane Sandy and we were advised to shop at Avalon Tile. We met with Paul Gilbert (Salesman). To make a long story short, We selected the tile and placed a deposit. When the Tile arrived at the store 4 weeks later, I was notified by Paul that he made a mistake on the tile price and my contractor would not be able to pick up the tile until I paid him an additional $435.46. He would not honor the contract price that my wife & I had agreed on. My contractor informed me that this was not the first time he had seen Avalon Tile pull a fast one with the customer, as I was now pinned into a corner. I was also informed by Paul Gilbert that my Listello order was short 4 pc's and he would not be able to get the Tile in stock for 2 weeks and no other Avalon Tile sto
