Our backsplash installation couldn’t have gone better! Galena and Peter tore out the old tiles, replaced the drywall, and installed the new tiles in one day. We were amazed! They were so helpful with the placement of the tiles over the stove. We love the work they did. All of Avalon Flooring staff were wonderful. From beginning to end, we were pleased and very satisfied!

I visited the Wilmington De store and my salesperson was Anna Caulk. Anna provided excellent service. She carefully explained the different types of flooring options and was very knowledgeable. It helped me make the best flooring decision for my needs. She followed through on my estimate scheduling and on my installation scheduling. Amanda was extremely helpful with selecting and ordering custom area rugs. She took the time to listen to my priorities and needs and helped me find the best product for my budget in a color that matched my decor. The binding on the rugs is flawless and Amanda was in touch with me several times about the status of the rugs being made. They were ready for pickup earlier than expected and I had a great experience picking them up at the store
