So we had an issue where our hot water heater and HVAC heating unit or tighten into the same exhaust line. We have had plumbers and HVAC people out and no one could identify the problem. It was a nightmare. Avalos guys came out and gave us a free estimate and then they sent out their guys Logan, Andrew, and Jesus the following day to do the work. They were able to provide before and after pictures and explained what they did in detail. They made sure that we understood the issues and made our family feel safe. These guys are amazing!

What a great experience! Starting with Jose and Beau who did a phenomenal job of not only looking at everything but they were very thorough. checking the whole system, picture and giving great details of what was going on and explaining it all. then came for installation. that teams was also just amazing! Andrew, Baldo, Logan and Jesus. Wow! they were all so nice, polite and they all knew what they were doing. they worked well as a team and the provide excellent service. They installed a new HVAC system in my home. They removed and installed new unit in one day. The entire crew introduced themselves and were great at communicating where they were at in the process. They worked diligently until done and made sure they cleaned up after themselves. They were the opposite of most heating and air companies in a good way. I couldn’t be more impressed with a company or group of guys. Beaux, Andrew, Jose, Ubaldo, Logan, and a few I can’t remember were all professional and personable. Beau was extremely helpful in estimating the replacement of my heater and air conditioner. He showed up on time, explained everything clearly, and broke down the options in a way that actually made sense. No pressure and no upselling, just honest and straightforward service. I really appreciated his professionalism and knowledge. Highly recommend, especially since he didn’t run away after seeing my old unit. The installers came out a few days afterward and did an excellent job. They were courteous, clean, and professional, and they somehow managed to install everything without creating a single mystery mess for me to discover later. The whole process was quick and smooth, and everything works perfectly. Honestly, I wish every home project went this well.
