Sergio, as the project manager, took care of everything—handling the entire claim and overseeing the mitigation process. He made sure every step was taken care of with the insurance and kept me updated. Both Sergio and Elias were really caring about the process and ensured everything went smoothly. Thanks to them, I was also able to make some great upgrades to my kitchen, and it looks amazing now. I’m very happy with the results and highly recommend Avancor.
