Our pest guy his name is Mike. he is absolutely fabulous. I love that he calls me when he's on his way to the house and asks if there's anything he needs me to do. And I can call him at any time or text him and let him know hey I saw a bug you need to get here now. Yes I am that type of Karen if I see a bug in my house they come out and spray. The good thing about the plan that I have with them is they will come out no matter how many times I call them to spray my house. I have no problem with spiders. I do have a huge problem with cockroaches. Coming from the Midwest if you had cockroaches you are a dirty person. We received pest control services last week from Avani. They sent a new technician named Billy. We were very pleased with him. He's done pest control for a number of years. We definitely felt like he knew what he was doing. He did a thorough job inside and out. I appreciated that he was mindful of the wood floors inside our house. He was very professional and polite. We've utilized services from this company for the past year and have been very satisfied with them. We also have them take care of my mother's house. At one point, ants became an issue for her.
