John was super professional to deal with and was down to assess our issues w our water pump/ shallow well within a week of calling him. Unfortunately we had to have it replaced and he was able to talk us through the process the pricing etc. He was a huge help and got the job done in no time! John from Avellino Well & Pump is amazing. We had a serious no-water situation with a failing well that couldn’t be located along with pump and tank problems. John worked tirelessly under difficult conditions, located and fixed the well, upgraded the system to a modern submerged pump with a new tank, and we have wonderful running water again! With his 30+ years of experience John is professional, courteous, and carefully attentive to all the details. I’ll hire him again in a heartbeat and definitely recommend him to anyone with well or pump trouble.

I have known John for the last 20+ years. Initially, we had a well pump issues back in ~2004-2005, John was able to come and install the new well pump and he replaced the water tank as well. Fast forward in the last couple of years, the water tank needs to replaced. Again John was so responsible and came to my house numerous times until the tank was replaced and everything back to order. I was very impressed with his professionalism and attention to the details. IN the last couple of weeks, my water tank may have air pockets inside, I called John over the weekend.
