Ave Construction is one of my favorite builders in Nashville. My wife and I just helped a client close on a Luxury Townhome in the Tennyson and Tyler went above and beyond in his responsiveness and service to our client. In my opinion the build quality for everything Ave Construction does is far superior to anything else I'm seeing now a days. I enthusiastically recommend them to you!

Avenue Construction has always gone above and beyond every time I have needed them. I have worked with them professionally for the last 3 years, and every time I have called with an issue, they have had someone out either that day or at most that week to fix the issue. They do not stop at bare minimum and follow up after the work is completed to make sure that it is excellent and that the issue is resolved. The team that I have worked with has always been respectful and responsive. I have worked with them on getting tile work replaced, flooring replaced, a roof replaced, and a multiple water leaks fixed. The team is also huge supporters of organizations in the community, which makes me appreciate them and want to work with them even more. Couldn't recommend Avenue Construction more!

As a developer in Nashville I have worked with many general contractors and Avenue Construction is by far the best one that I have worked with. I have worked with Avenue on projects of varying sizes over the last 10 years or so, from 6 single family homes to a mixed use building with 56 condos and retail space. There is no contractor I trust more than Avenue. They always go above and beyond in everything they do, they build a high quality product and they always stand by their work. I look forward to the next decade of working along side of them as we continue to develop in Nashville.

This company deserves five stars and then some. I am building a large multi family complex and cant say enough good things about the team I’m working with. They are courteous, communicative, prompt and the quality of their work is top tiered. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a good reliable general contractor who’s does what they say they are going to do.

After a development was completed, Avenue never released the lobby or the parking garage over to the HOA. They retained ownership and did allow usage to the owners of the condos, but with written stipulations that Avenue may at any point they may be able to rent it out and rescend usage of the loby and parking garage to owners and guests all while making the HOA responsible for utlilites and maintenance. *This is not the wrong company as stated in the response by Avenue.
