I advise that you consider engaging a different Omaha-based roofing and restoration company. I observed the company’s crew working well beyond twilight hours, which hindered their ability to adequately collect and remove all materials, including nails, from my (adjacent property owner's) driveway. As a direct consequence of this negligence, I incurred multiple tire punctures, and the company has yet to accept responsibility or provide compensation for the damages sustained. This situation presents a potential workers' compensation claim and, moreover, the failure to reimburse the affected property owner is unreasonable and legally indefensible.
