Avigna Granite World Countertops Jacksonville

I hired Avigna to install quartz countertops in my newly remodeled kitchen, and it turned into an absolute nightmare from start to finish. The salesman told us we’d need two slabs: one for the back wall and backsplash, and a second for the large island. The scheduling process was a disaster. It took forever just to get the measurement guy out, and when he finally came, he used only a tape measure (no laser tools like other companies). Unsurprisingly, he mismeasured. When the countertop arrived two weeks later, it was short. The installer brushed it off, claiming the large gap was “normal,” then filled it with a ton of caulk. It looks awful and cheap. Update: the response of this vendor on this review is not true. Mold was not identified when they worked on it. We brought up that this was the reason for the remodel. Not only was the timeline extended because we couldn’t get their workers out to finish the job, when they did show up, they smelled like they had been smoking (*) . There were some days workers wouldn’t show up and when we reached out they had no idea why. Overall, this was a horrible experience and what should’ve taken four weeks to complete, was completed in three months! Avoid this company. They are competitive on pricing, but the lead times, scheduling, and communication is some of the worst experiences I have had to endure from any contractor. This company delivered on what they promised. The only thing that I felt was negative was the fact they charged a delivery fee to come to 32034 (30 miles north of their office). But the price of the quartz I bought was good and install was good! We used White Lace and loved the blue/green sparkles in the quartz.

Yendy is Amazing ! From measuring , to template, to inspecting the final install! He get a 10 from us! Also: Ayoub came this time with Yendy : He is also Amazing! He studied the stone like he was one with the stone! They even went so far as to pull my dishwasher out and put the wraparound on it (for noise) and put it back in place! No Charge! Very Happy, Very impressed with these guys 10 plus from us!!

Avigna Granite was a wonderful experience! Not only do we love our kitchen and 2 bathroom countertops but the service from sales to measure to install was excellent and timely. Thank you!
