We moved to Mill Valley in 2020 with 3 small children and ended up being able to a afford a house that was too small for our growing family. We thought we made a mistake, but by chance got an introduction to Alirio. He was generous with his time coming to visit our house and share some ideas of what could be possible on the lot. He was one of the only contractors willing to give us a ballpark estimate on various sized projects and generously introduced us to architects and structural engineers long before we even hired him.
