Alex at AVM Homes renovated our primary bathroom in December of 2024, after we found decades worth of water damage, mold, and wood rot due to a shower pan failure that most likely starting when our house was originally built in 2004. There was extensive damage that required removing and replacing studs around the shower, replacing a good amount of subfloor, and repairs to walls in common areas that are behind the shower. In summary, our renovation was not a simple, straight forward, or easy one. I can say, without any hesitation or doubt, that Alex is an unbelievably talented expert in his field. After hearing nothing but horror stories from friends and colleagues about renovations gone wrong, my husband and I were nervous to renovate our master bathroom and powder room. Thank goodness we found AVM Homes! Alex and his assistant are truly best in class and brought my vision to life with meticulous craftsmanship and relentless attention to detail. I was amazed at how seamless the entire process was, and how flexible and receptive Alex was to my input and design choices. We had an outstanding experience working with Alex at AVM Homes. His craftsmanship is second to none and he had wonderful suggestions about how to make our project the best it could be. He was prompt every day and kept our home clean through a big renovation. I can’t recommend Alex enough!

Alex and team gutted and remodeled our upstairs bath. It came out beautiful. The one thing that hit me was how obvious it was that he knew what he was doing, regardless of the topic. He was easy to work with when the need for changes came up and he always had recommendations on how to proceed. The crew showed up on time and were very hard working. Highly recommend AVM Homes. We are now currently in the process of planning out the downstairs remodel with Alex. Update as of Dec 2024. AVM homes did a second bathroom remodel for me, but Google won’t let me leave another separate review. Once again 5 stars to Alex! Attaching new pics of this remodel. Alex and his team renovated out basement adding a full bath/bedroom along with a full batting cage. Incredible workmanship! Very fair and transparent pricing. On time and communicative. Highly recommend!
