I recently had Avolio Brothers install a LG heat-pump system, very professional and very clean work. Their installer Ben did a great job with everything.

Won’t answer the phone or return the call 🤷‍♂️. Seems like a decent sized place, so I didn’t foresee that as being an issue. Can’t quite justify tossing a one star rating into the mix considering I don’t know the quality of their work. But I’d say a three is deserved when you can’t even do the basics of business, be responsive to customer inquiries.

When I had my house built, I bought an air source heat pump online without really knowing how I would get it installed. The builder wasn't familiar with the requirements, but Dennis Avolio was able to tell us where it had to be installed to work properly and immediately set up an installation appointment. The young man who did the installation, Ben, did an excellent job, even matching the cover for the exterior wiring to the color of my metal roof. Throughout the process, Dennis and Ben were prompt, professional, and pleasant. Dennis even took care of the paperwork so I could get the rebate. The heat pump has worked wonderfully, and I feel confident I made the right choice knowing that I can call the Avolio Brothers for maintenance and any problems that might arise.

The absolute best and most professional heating and cooling service I have ever dealt with. Dan and Dennis took my situation and solved it in remarkable fashion. They get my gratitude and my thanks!

More like zero stars. Started off great! Pipes froze and broke in Feb, leaving us with minimal water usage. Quick showers, piles of dirty laundry, turning the breaker on only to allow the tank to fill then off asap to keep the leaking at a minimum. Couldn't get any local plumber to call back. Avolio had someone out the SAME day, very nice guys, provided an estimate and roughly a week later for repairs. Then nothing. Phone calls and emails to Dan and his brother, one I was almost in tears practically begging them to do the job, apologizing profusely if we had done something wrong, though I couldn't understand what, and to at least let us pay for the estimate. Nothing for a week, then an email to my husband, not a call to me, the soonest was now April. Weeks of water running under our stairs
