Awesome Day Home Inspections, LLC

We are in the home buying process but are from out of state, so finding someone we felt we could trust that did home inspections and mold testing in the Oroville, WA area has been HARD. But working with David has been 1000/10 experience! He did our home inspection, mold testing AND water testing for well water. We were a bit away from his normal locations but his travel cost was more than fair, he had clear communication from day 1, answered all our questions and then some (sheesh most ppl won't even answer their phone), even helped us troubleshoot results and give us some down to earth advice. ***Above and beyond.*** Other businesses need to take pointers from him!! David was very thorough with the inspection of our new home and presented his findings in an easy to understand way. He was prompt with the inspection and got the report back to us the next day. First off, I very rarely leave reviews. I have to say, David is the definition of awesome! Not only was he able to complete the inspection on our new home quickly, he also did a fabulous job with his inspection. He gladly answered all of my questions and was very thorough with his inspection. I feel confident going into this home purchase, that I know exactly what needs repaired and who I need to contact for those repairs. His inspection report is the best I’ve ever seen. It’s easy to read and recommended what type of contractor I should contact to ensure the repairs are done correctly. His pricing is great for the services he provides.
